In-Store Purchases:
Customers are advised to inspect products thoroughly in front of our SR/Delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If any issues arise afterward, customers are responsible for requesting a product exchange according to our policy.
Online Orders:
Upon receiving your order, please check the product carefully. If any manufacturing defects or issues are noticed, you must notify us within 24 hours via our hotline. The product must be unused, unmarked, and the original packaging intact; otherwise, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Product Inspection & Packaging:
- Do not open or damage the packaging if you suspect the product is incorrect or damaged.
- Once the product is opened or the box is damaged after receipt, the product will no longer be eligible for return.
Defective Products:
If a defect is confirmed by our specialists, we will initiate the process to replace the product at no cost.
- For customers within Dhaka, no replacement charge will be applied.
- For customers outside Dhaka, only courier charges will be applicable.
Product Returns & Cancellations:

Products purchased after reading full descriptions and provided information, and successfully received without faults, cannot be returned or exchanged unless specified otherwise.

Returns and refunds are only permissible within 48–72 hours for specific reasons, which must be justified.
Refunds:
- Refunds for all online payments, including Mobile Banking, Online Gateway, and POS transactions, will incur applicable charges.
- In case of receiving a damaged or broken product, please refuse acceptance from the courier. We are not responsible for damage once the product is accepted.
- If cashback was awarded at payment, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional Notes:
- If the product box appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package.
- Once the product is used or the packaging is damaged, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
